I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well-appointed, but unfortunately, I didn't get the suite I reserved, and my room faced the courtyard on the first floor. The service was excellent, especially from the valet parking guys who were super friendly and helpful, even with our scared dog. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything I wanted to do, although the entrance with a column made it a bit tricky to get in and out. Dining was amazing with delicious meals and fantastic service. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were small but full of everything you'll need, and the king suite was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with extremely nice and helpful staff, including the gentleman in the Valet who doubled as a Tour Guide. The location was perfect right in the center of downtown Portland, and I enjoyed the beautiful, super clean, and super quiet surroundings. Dining was fantastic, with excellent meals within walking distance of everything. I had a great time enjoying the fire pit, bar, and lots of seating available. A few downsides were the service not following through as promised and a bit of a letdown in terms of value for money.
